School Axis ERP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. grants the subscribing educational institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize the School Axis web administration portals and the 4 mobile applications (Admin, Driver, Teacher, Parent) for authorized institutional operations, student management, fee collection, and fleet logistics.
We commit to maintaining a minimum monthly uptime of 99.98% for core fee counter collection, database availability, and mobile authentication endpoints, excluding pre-announced off-peak maintenance windows. Critical peak operational hours (such as morning student transit and fee counter hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM IST) are strictly protected against scheduled downtime.
The subscribing school management represents that it holds all required regulatory approvals, board affiliations (e.g. CBSE, ICSE, or State Department of Education recognition), and transport fitness clearances. The school administration is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of fee structures, student concession eligibility, and employee payroll computations.
The Driver Mobile Terminal is engineered to assist with stop navigation and passenger boarding verification. Vehicle operators are strictly instructed never to interact with mobile devices while the vehicle is in active motion. School Axis accepts no liability for vehicular infractions or operator negligence resulting from failure to adhere to statutory traffic laws and school fleet regulations.
Subscription fees are calculated based on active enrolled student headcount and contracted campus branches. Annual subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary date unless written notice of non-renewal is provided at least 30 days prior. Software updates, regulatory tax compliance patches, and bug fixes are delivered free of charge throughout the active subscription tenure.
